Tasos comes from Bulgaria ; he was born in 1990 at Pleven and came in Greece for the first time in 2002. At the time of the interview his worked as a 'Student'.

Summary:

Tasos was born in Pleven. After his parents´ divorce he came with his mother to Greece, where his grandmother was already living. His mother´s job here is to take care of little children and elderly persons. Tasos describes in detail the difficulties he faced when he first came to Greece in relation to the Greek language and school. His friends in the neighborhood helped him learn Greek. He talks about his experiences at school, his expulsions from school and what caused them, and about the problems he faces at the kiosk where he works during his free hours. He plans to enroll in a technical school in order to become a mechanic. He also dreams of going to the U.S. to study when he is 20 years old.
